Prayerfully consider whom you think Jesus Christ might be calling to be a priest or religious brother or sister. Everyone who is nominated will receive a letter from our bishop, congratulating them and inviting them to consider formally discerning their calling, as well as resources and discernment events that could help them. Nominating them does not commit them, it is just an invitation to discern where Jesus Christ is calling them to holiness.
Join Bishop Burns, priests, and seminarians of the Diocese for an evening of prayer and discernment. This is a dinner that is open for men of all ages who are interested in learning more about the diocesan priesthood.

The Vocation Discernment Weekend is an annual weekend of discernment for single, Catholic, men and women, between the ages of 18 and 40, who wish to find answers about whether they may be called to a religious vocation as a Priest, Brother, Sister, or Consecrated Lay Woman.
Weekend activities will be led by the Vocations Director of the Catholic Diocese of Dallas and one of the Vocations Liaisons of the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth.
